Pico Duarte 4-Day Trek from Santo Domingo

A four-day expedition to Pico Duarte, the highest mountain in the Antilles, with pickup in Jarabacoa at 6:00 am. The route crosses Armando Bermúdez National Park through pine forest, mountain rivers and high-altitude camps. Guide, pack mules, a horseback stretch, all meals, tent and sleeping bag are included. You need to be fit: several long hiking days are involved.
