Lulú Waterfall and El Valle Beach from Santo Domingo

You leave Santo Domingo for the Samaná peninsula, stopping in the village of El Valle to see something of everyday local life. The route crosses a suspension bridge with views over the valley, then drops down to Lulú waterfall, where you can swim in the pools. The day ends at El Valle beach, a wide and little-visited stretch of sand on the peninsula's north coast.
