Humpback Whale Watching from Santo Domingo

Every winter thousands of humpback whales gather in Samaná Bay to mate and calve. The trip runs by road from Santo Domingo to the port of Samaná, where you board a guided whale-watching boat and watch breaching and hear the males' song from a regulated distance. Transport, boat and guide are included. Seasonal only, from January through March.
